Amazing as always! I have been in repeatedly to get piercings and it's always a great experience. Mel is really helpful with picking jewellery, placement and also pierces quickly and precisely which is exactly what you want!

Very professional. Friendly. First time going to Pegasus and felt calm and relaxed. Very chilled environment and I liked the vibe. Very quick with tongue piercing and didn’t realised until Mel said she’s finished. No lol lol haha Just a lovely woman

I have seen Mel for multiple piercings as well as my eyebrows regularly. She is always fantastic, makes the uncomfortable process of getting pierced as pleasant as possible. She is also just super lovely and wonderful to see! Would recommend her any day :)

Bonnie was ever so helpful and gentle. She made the experience a good one offering a personalised skin treatment to your specific skin needs. My skin has been dry and perky and after the hydro treatment I left with my face feeling soft and hydrated. Highly recommended this place.
