it was lovely! i felt very comfortable and welcomed from the moment i walked in, as the piercers were very friendly and helpful with advice. it was very clean, no worries at all about cross contamination with anything, and i left happy! definitely will be visiting again for my next piercings!!

Highly recommend Claudia and her team. Salon is spotless, lots of jewellery choice, very happy to spend time with you to discuss jewellery, piercing requirements etc… Very good quality jewellery which is really important for healing when you have been pierced. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. This is my second piercing at LNO and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!
