I have been coming to Therapyfit for several months and Farah is helping me with my neck and shoulder injury. I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. After every session I always feel almost brand new and super relaxed!

Love my time at King Thai Therapy. Amazing welcome the moment you walk in. Staff so friendly and the therapist are very professional and do a great job massaging my body. I recommend King Thai as the best massage in Birmingham by far.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Been going to King Thai Therapy for 3 years and my experience has always been amazing. I have since had 3 pregnancy massages with Saranya and she’s been great, attentive and friendly. I love every time I go there and will be returning after baby is born. Thanks to all the other lovely staff.

Yesterday I had a very relaxing shoulder and back massage. My masseur Nudy was both professional and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I would definitely recommend King Thai Therapy to anyone who is looking for a varirty of different message package to tailor to their needs. I have already booked my next visit with Nudy and will make this a regular part of my self care routine.

My first visit to this Thai Therapy was simply exceptional. From the serene ambiance to the skilled therapists, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Brilliant treatment as always from Bilal - great mix of physio therapy , sports massage ( best I’ve ever had) and also excellent results from cupping so far !

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I have been visiting Farah at least every 3 weeks for quite some time now. I originally came to Farah with an ongoing old injury that was causing pain and discomfort. As soon as I was having regular appointments, within a few sessions I was able to train as normal with no pain or niggles. I have noticed a huge difference and found the sessions so helpful that I really look forward to having them. I train at least 5 times a week so keeping on top of my recovery with Farah has been just what I need. I couldn't recommend TherapyFit enough!!

I had a great experience with Farah during my massage therapy

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

I attended TherapyFit for a consultation and lymphatic drainage massage treatment with Farah. Farah was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything clearly before and during the massage ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Additionally providing guidance on how to perform the massage myself and aftercare requirements with a supporting email. Farah also highlighted another problem area which I was aware of but never mentioned which I was impressed with. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend TherapyFit for all sports therapy and treatments required.
