My therapy went fine. Please have the entrance door handle fixed because it's hard to open and close it, and front desk staffs did not even bother to assist or help. I notice this broken handle has been there for sometime since I came almost every week. One of the front desk staffs also had this mugging/sour looking face while on duty. It gave an unpleasant and unwelcome feeling when you entered/were being at the store.

Nice experience, the lady was polite and professional.

I recently visited Cryo after completing a full marathon. I was completely exhausted and could barely walk. After just one session of localized therapy, I felt a significant difference—I was able to walk again! Today, I tried the red light therapy, and I’m incredibly impressed. The staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and attentive. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!
