I experienced a profoundly healing Reiki session with Stephanie today, focused on releasing deep-rooted family trauma. The energy was gentle yet powerful, guiding me to a space of inner calm and safety. I felt waves of emotional release, like layers of tension and pain dissolving. Stephanie’s soothing presence and intuitive guidance helped me connect with old wounds, bringing understanding and peace. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more grounded, and filled with a sense of renewal. It was a transformative experience, offering healing on a soul-deep level.
