Stephan is an amazing practitioner and makes you feel so so comfortable. I can’t recommend acupuncture enough as a therapy - it is so incredibly healing and effective. I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

This is the following day 22nd May after my session with Stephan at Amatsu Therapy. And after an extensive Acupuncture and some manipulation of my neck and back. The aching and pain I was having on the Tuesday morning has thankfully gone. Stephan makes you feel really good after the Therapy. His work is amazing and it does make you feel better without the need for pain medication etc. Thank you Stephan. Clayton

My fourth visit to Stephan for amatsu, acupuncture and ozone injection, as always very professional and gives confidence that he knows what he's doing. Always come away feeling much better. Stephan treated my frozen shoulder earlier in the year and it was coming along very well ,I had little to no pain after having the full treatments of amatsu, acupuncture and ozone, then stupidly did a lot of heavy lifting and did some more damage, one treatment has helped greatly already. Thank you

Had my second session with Stephen today with both Acupuncture and Amatsu therapy including cranial work. Another very good experience. Stephen explains everything that he does. Feeling so much better and the pain and stiffness in various parts of my body are resolving themselves. Always very relaxed when I leave.

I originally went to see Stephan to help with headaches as I was getting no relief from pain killers or a chirporactor. I have benefited from acupuncture, amatsu and ozone therapy and wholeheartedly recommend Stephan. I feel instantly better, my sleep is improved and I am pain free. Thank you 🙂

I can't praise Stephan enough, I have had problems with my feet for years,with surgery and therapy not being able to fix it. I attended Amatsu for two sessions on my back which sorted those problems.out, so thought I would get my feet sorted, I can honestly say after the first session most of the issues have gone away, very little.pain left, I think I may need one more session but have no doubt that will.completely sort it.

I an so glad to have found the Amatsu clinic, about an hourdrive from my home. I have travelled such a long way im the past to have ozone therapy. Stephan has so many skills and is so good at diagnosing problems I would highly recommend.

My second visit today. I can not believe how different I feel after one Acupuncture and Amatsu therapy with Stefan. I could not walk properly without my walking stick since 2010. But with Stefan's amazing Acupuncture and manipulation with his healing hands, I have ditched the stick and feel that I no longer need it. My back and neck feel so much better than it ever was. And I feel a different person now. I fully recommend Amatsu Centre in Abergavenny to anyone who has pain problems. Thank you Stefan.

First session so early days, but after a 2 hour drive home my back was nothing like as stiff as it usually is after a 15 minute car journey, so I'm very optimistic that the next session will bring further relief. Stefan is friendly and professional and the clinic is very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend giving this therapy a try.

I am enjoying no more knee pain due to the ozone therapy. I can't believe how good they feel. I can perform yoga moves I have been avoiding. I highly recommend this therapy.

I had Ozone therapy with Stephan. Even though I was nervous to begin with, Stephan talked me through the process answering any questions and gave me time to read through a booklet to ensure I was comfortable before going ahead. Stephan was very gentle the whole time and he explained step by step what he was doing to settle my nerves. Usually I am extreme fatigued and foggy throughout the day however, the next day I had constant energy, felt like I had a great sleep for once and being a diabetic my blood sugar was very well controlled. I would highly recommend Stephan.

Just had my first 3 pass Ozone treatment with Stephan (Major Autohemo). The procedure was very clinical and professional. The treatment involved me relaxing on the therapy bed and the machine doing the rest. I had 3 passes where blood was taken out and put back in 3 times during the hour. I didn’t feel strange or dizzy, I felt relaxed and confident with Stephan. The procedure as mentioned took around an hour. After the process I felt very alert but relaxed. Not sure if this was the procedure or me relaxing (for a change!!) I will write another review as to how I feel in a few days.

First time I have tried Amatsu. I was surprised to feel the benefits almost immediately after treatment, I thought it would take several sessions. Stephan seems to help balance the body and unblock areas which are ‘Stuck’. Highly recommend Stephan if you are considering Amatsu Therapy

Although you may not feel much at the time, Stephan works magic with his Amatsu therapy. After just 3 sessions, I was free from intense migraines and the accompanying neck pains for over 4 months. Stephan explains the techniques he is using clearly and my sessions have really improved my quality of life. I will continue to go back whenever I need a 'tweak'. Highly recommend.

Bursitis in my elbow. 6 weeks of pain, tablet therapy and xrays left me feeling worse and gave me no solution to easing my pain. 45 minutes of Amatsu showed me how to manage the pain, where my posture was creating more pain and how to releave the pain without tablets. I wasn't sleeping prior to my appointment, now I am sleeping very well and feel refreshed and in a better place to deal with my healing elbow. Thank you Stephan.

Highly recommended therapy .

I had an ongoing shoulder and arm pain which had been extremely painful for many years. I tried massage and different pain relief creams, but none of this seem to work. One day I saw on Facebook a video with Stephan explaining about Amatsu Therapy and I thought I should try it. He was able to book me for next day, which was great. After first session my arm and sholder are so much better and relaxed. I was surprised how quickly I got relief from the pain from only one session. This gives me no hesitation to highly recommend Stephan and his services.

Loosened up hips - making it easier to walk:) Relief in the tension/muscle pain. Hips /lower back 95% easier - pain level greatly reduced - very pleased - was in a good deal of pain on arrival - very pleased with outcome😊
