Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. Holly was amazing and very skilled at what she does. After a consultation she got to the root of my needs and worked accordingly. The Twilight Garden is a beautiful therapy suite, warm clean and very relaxing. Easy to get to from Chelmsford and parking available. A wonderful experience and I will be back.

Holly is amazing. Spent the whole time relaxed and smiling. I had crystal therapy also which was amazing and helped my menopause symptoms. She has such a positive energy that you feel as soon as you walk into her cute cabin. I will be a regular. Highly recommend

Prompt, efficient, kind, helpful, informative, attentive and above all easy to talk to. A good session with useful exercises worked out together to take away and use to aid my recovery. Also sent out the exercise program by email with clear instructional videos to help, in case I forgot and to ensure I was doing everything correctly. Good value for money. Thank you.

My hot stone therapy massage with Holly was amazing, she’s a miracle worker! She also gave the option to relax/lay in silence, or to chat. Left feeling all light and fluffy, can’t wait to come back for more treatments :)

Amazing massage and advice, highly recommend Holly!

Excellent experience has had review of the exercises I have been doing at home, which allows me to correct some postures and found out how to add some degree of difficulty to the exercises to make then more effective. Also had manual therapy that I believe add to the results of the exercises that are being done. Happy to carry on!!
