Not knowing what to expect from the initial session with Lucy I was a little bit anxious. That feeling soon melted away once we got talking. Lucy is phenomenal. I Have been having hypnotherapy & general therapy for the past few months and I have never felt this way after other therapy sessions in the past. Lucy doesn't just listen and nod she actually helps me in so many ways during and after these sessions with recordings, tips, advice and books to read.
