Come in with a fair amount of lower back pain and stiff hips 1 hour treatment allready feel lot looser and better also gave me advice on strechs and workouts to help me from future back problems would definitely recommend

I booked in for an MOT with Gayan recently and had a few areas needing attention. As always Gayan worked his magic and relieved the pain I had in all areas. Couldn’t recommend Asirilanka Therapy enough!! Thank you Gayan!

Had an hour treatment for my chronic pain due to fibromyalgia. The whole process was very holistic and professional. The treatment was very helpful for my pain, I felt an immediate relief and lightness from pain. Really happy with the results. We have worked out a plan to move forward with further treatments. I would highly recommend Asirilanka Therapy.

Great targeted treatment for the session, and every phase of process was explained thoroughly. I felt an instant improvement at the end of the therapy, and I'm more comfortable now that I have been for around 4-5 weeks.

I have had my first treatment with Gayan. He was very thorough, energetic, fast and passionate about his work! I felt pampered and well treated. I have never had therapy like that and it was one of the reasons why I came in the first place - to try something new. I was not disappointed! It was painful at times and I felt like spaghetti afterwards 🤭😄 but definitely worth it, would highly recommend to anyone! I want to try more sessions and see how my body responds. I’ve experienced back and neck pains for a couple years and after several trips to the chiropractor and regular deep tissue massages I decided to take friends up on their recommendations to see Asirilanka Therapy. After 2 visits, one upper body and one lower body my shoulder and back feel so much better already. I booked for the Lower body to realign my hips as this was also causing me some pain and again in one session the pain has gone! I will definitely be booking in maintenance sessions - Highly recommend!

I am very happy I came to see Gayan at Asirilanka Therepy. He pin painted my problem straight away. He explained the reasons for my pain and how he will treat it.
