Had soft tissue therapy on my calfs by Olivia Pigeon. Olivia is a great listener, empathetic and super friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and professional with a deep understanding and experience of sport, performance and the impact it has on the body. Treatment has had a positive initial effect and allowed me to get back to training. Highly recommended.

Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Olivia was very professional and took her time to explain my potential diagnoses and exercises/stretching. Would recommend her physiotherapy.

I had a Physiotherapy appointment with liv and she was very welcoming, knowledgeable, clear with information and gave me a clear plan on how to work on my issue. Definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session at Warsash Therapy Rooms. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.

Great location, layout, room for reiki with Di. Have visited before and never disappointed- and as for the reiki, Oh My Days!! It was so needed and so effective! Thanks as always Di- you’re a complete Master of your craft and so kind and generous of spirit. Also recommended a much needed massage with a colleague at Therapy Rooms 👍

My 14 year old had ear candling at Warsash Therapy rooms and felt brilliant (her words) immediately. Ellen was so welcoming, explained everything to her before, during and also had a lovely chat with her. She is amazing and I would recommend this treatment and Ellen 100%!

A very relaxed atmosphere conducive to establishing a sense of wellbeing from the moment you walk in through the door. My therapy (acupuncture) was amazing! Never having had a therapy / sports massage before I was not sure what to expect, but boy did Ellen find the exact spot. They say no pain no gain and despite the discomfort occasionally, I would not hesitate to go back when / if required. I feel better already so thank you Ellen and for the advice re stretching.

My visit to Roger Marino today was my first experience of a Mctimoney chiropractor and I have to say I have been flabbergasted at the rapid results I have already experienced after just one visit. The appointment was extremely thorough and the treatment surprisingly very gentle, certainly no crunching or pain involved. I would highly recommend Roger and this therapy to anyone suffering any physical pains. 5*

This was my first visit to the Warsash Therapy Room where I saw Sonia for a sports massage for tight calves. I left feeling great. Sonia is exceptionally skilled in the therapy that she provides as well as being extremely easy to talk to as well. Sometimes it can feel awkward when on first visits but I felt at ease from the beginning. I thoroughly recommend Sonia and will be booking in to see her again for preventative treatment.

Great to finally make use of one of the services at Warsash Therapy Rooms. Jill was brilliant and did a great job clearing my blocked ear!

Following my treatment on Wednesday with Liv Pigeon, I wanted to say how impressed I was with the setup of your therapy rooms, as is was my first visit and it felt very safe. Liv was great at putting me at ease and very professional and a great listener to understand the root of my neck problem.
