Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Great session with Sabin brother - explained everything clearly. Gave me a brief and concise initial assessment, followed by a thorough sports massage/cupping therapy procedure. He’s very professional and very accommodating to his clients. I’m feeling like a new man now, so couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you brother !
