I would highly recommend the hydrotherapy massage. This was my 2nd one and I actually dozed off whilst having it. Very relaxing massage in a calm and tranquil environment.

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Fabulous relaxing experience as always

My experience at The Recovery Room was amazing, upon entering the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time getting Sports therapy and my session was very relaxing. I was well looked after and was given advice post the session. I will 100% be returning in the near future.

My daughter and I had the hydrotherapy and floatation package. Staff were friendly and very hospitable, lovely relaxation between treatments, tea and biscuits if wanted them. In all a very relaxing morning, loved both treatments, came out completely relaxed. The hydro massage hit the spot and the floatation tank finished it off nicely. Found it easy to switch off. Will go back.

It was my first time having a sports massage/therapy like this, and Georgia was great. I can’t believe how much better my back is feeling already, and I have pretty much a full range of movement already which is amazing. I’ll definitely look to book in a massage more regularly when you get back. Thanks!

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.

Our experience at Revive was superb! From the booking with Nicky where she was very helpful in explaining the hydrotherapy massage and isopod to Jude making my husband and I feel very welcome, the whole experience was wonderful. Revive was spotlessly clean and so relaxing. Thankyou very much
