I could not recommend Anna enough. From start to finish it was so relaxing. She has a created a beautiful space of relaxation and is amazing at what she does. Anna was so helpful in supporting my understanding of reiki and the different energy I was feeling. I am already so excited for my next session!

Wow, what a powerful experience. I feel like I shifted so much emotion that I had been carrying around for years. I felt really safe with Michelle and very supported throughout the session. I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!
