Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.

As always, a well needed massage to iron out all the nooks and crannies that creep up and stiffen your body. I recently took my 84 year old mum for the first time who said, boy, does she know her 'stuff' A big thanks to you Rachel for looking after mum so well and for being able to un-knot my body, no matter what I've put it through. I can honestly say I can't live without Rachel in my life.

My wife went there for a massage after my recommendation and came back motivated, positive, happy and energized. She told me it was much needed therapy and a massage in one! Rachel shows so much care and compassion for her clients and puts in extra effort to personalise the experience to you. I will never go to anyone else for a massage again.

Yet another great session with Rachel! She listens to what I say and what my body is telling her and adapts what she does to suit the situation, while still being effective - this has been especially important over the past year while I’ve had specific medical needs to accommodate. She’s always friendly and helpful, and has given me advice on improving and maintaining my body at home.

After suffering from a month-long cold which had caused wheezing, a persistent cough and sore ribs, I saw Olga who helped me open my chest and helped to clear the mucus and congestion. For the first time in weeks, I felt my lungs working normally after just one session. I am so grateful and feel a bit more like myself. Olga was professional throughout my treatment, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Her before and after pictures of my posture showed tangible improvements. I’m already looking forward to my follow up session.
