I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. Absolutely amazing experience. I went in feeling exhausted from half term holidays with the kids & came out feeling nourished and lighter. The space is so calming, and Michelle is so warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about energy work. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much 🩷

First time having Reiki and with Michelle. Was not sure what to expect but I can not recommend it enough not only is Michelle lovely and but me at ease the reiki it so calming and uplifting. Makes you think of things differently I will definitely be back.

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Always a pleasure to visit Michelle for reiki. The surroundings are welcoming, the treatment is incredible and I always leave feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrived. Michelle has a lovely calming way and you are instantly made to feel like you’ve known her for ages. I have attended quite a few sessions with Anna now and she is absolutely lovely. Couldn’t have found a better woman to share my life experiences with and guide me through the difficult patches.
