Had a wonderful experience this morning with Ruth in RF wellness. Treatment was gentle and in a warm and welcoming surrounding. Ruth was so gentle and lovely to my little girl who worked with her every step of the way as a result. Ruth was so knowledgeable and provided me with a clear pathway for my daughter. Will definitely be returning.

Felt so relaxed, the therapy room was so calm. I could feel the energy in my arm and when she did the body reset. 100% going back again

Had a reflexology session with Ruth on Wednesday she's such a informative lady and worked hard to reach the areas I was feeling discomfort in left all my stress and worries in her cosy room returning again in January
