As much as the massage hurts like crazy, only because I don't get a massage more regularly, War is an excellent masseur. I always feel so good after my session.

I love complete body, the services are great and the community is amazing! I will continue to go to this gym as the facilities are amazing.

Worked with another group doing boxing in the gym so it was a group session with another coach.

Complete Body is unlike any other gym I have been to or seen! Everyone is so friendly, supportive and encouraging, I always feel welcome. The knowledge they share with you during your PTs of any of the services at The Wellness Hub is very interesting and you walk away feeling amazing, refreshed and like you’ve learnt something new. I am so glad I joined Complete Body.

Just love going into complete body gym and wellness hub . Clean , fresh , friendly and your overall wellness is the winner

The Tabata really suits me. The shorter reps and rests make it scalable and achievable for me. I still worked up a sweat but because of the structure of the tabata helped me survive it. I hope that my workouts will have more tabatas and boxing rather than the long and difficult reps.

For anyone who wants revival and the beginning of your health recovery. This is the place to start. Can’t recommend enough

The massage was thorough. So much variety Was packed into 60 minutes. I didn't know that so much could be done in an hour's massage but War can do it. He also explained to me to breathe our when hard pressure is being applied and that helps.

Monday's training was more achievable for me. Thank you for adjusting the AMRAP a bit so that it was not too difficult for me. It still pushed me but in smaller increments. To my surprise, I enjoy learning how to spar in boxing.
