I can’t recommend enough. Chris is very knowledgable and friendly. He listened and understood exactly what my issue was. He explained everything he was doing and why. The treatment itself was great. I could feel my shoulder feeling looser and once we were done, I could stand up straight and felt much much better. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Chris and if you need to see a physio then I would recommend going to Chris. He knows his stuff and he really does help! I’ve had this for 8 years and haven’t felt the release I feel right now in so long and I’ve only had 1 session!

Babies was brilliant. I went in with a shoulder muscle issue. She quickly identified the issue and went straight to work. I left with a lot less pain and much more mobility.

Couldn’t recommend Chris highly enough! Very comprehensive screening process and got to the root cause of my issues which wasn’t what I thought it was. Chris explained exactly how and why this was causing me issues and has given me treatment and also exercises to help in the future. Hopefully won’t need to but if I ever have any other issues I won’t hesitate in going back and will be telling everyone I know how good he is. Thanks

Chris is extremely knowledgable and explains how your symptoms relate back to each muscle or structure in order to fix you! Also suggests exercises to prevent the body from slipping back into old habits! I cannot recommend Chris highly enough to correct your body positioning and getting your movement flowing again instead of experiencing any pain. Just book in to see him, to get yourself fixed! From Abbie’s introduction to the post treatment advice, the whole experience was professional, education Al and beneficial to my recovery. With completing several fitness sessions a week, this kind of sports treatments will be essential.

He talked me through every exercise and described why we were doing it and gave me some good advice and exercises to do in my own time to help.
