I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. Warm welcome upon arriving and a wonderful massage from Luke. Conversation flowed he was confident in the art of massage and when I said that hurt he stopped and changed pressure. I look forward to my weekly half hour with Luke and his roaring hands.

Fantastic massage. Luke was able to instantly identify the root cause of the tension headaches I've had all week and work his magic. I would highly recommend.
