Excellent as always u walk in with a few aches and niggles then Iryna gets to work with the skill and craft and magical hands and you leave feeling relaxed and fresh I would not go anywhere else than Head to Toe

Always extremely motivating and genuinely wants you to be the best you can be! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fitness needs.

Emma always knows how to make my sessions enjoyable. I turned up today, tired from work & family life, but Emma got the best out of me and I loved the session, meaning I left the gym feeling fab and motivated.

My health go to,Deep Tissue massage again,and Acupuncture...Had tendon problem behind knee that's had treatment by this superb Therapist.Cant say how it's helped my overall health.

After a while if not going due to medical reasons, yesterday was my first time back, I'd missed it alot. Iryna is fantastic as usual.. was really relaxing, just what I needed..roll on next time

Iryna was tremendously knowledgable and talked me through everything. Extremely informative and helpful. Deep Tissue Massage is naturally painful, but Iryna enquired at multiple points to ensure the pressure was appropriate.

Iryna was again preformed a miracle when I came to her with a back muscle strain. An hour later pain free. Thank you for fitting me in at such short notice Iryna 🥰

I had a Pregnancy Massage today with Iryna and it was fabulous. She was so professional and talked through my areas of pain with me beforehand, making sure to target the treatment in the places I needed.
