Elha was very professional. She explained to me that she would not wax or thin my eyebrows even more because the previous brow salon I went to botched them. So she told me that she would shape them and let them grow for a bit. She advised me to use a serum. She didn't tweeze a lot of hair, so I don't know if it was worth $40. But yeah, I'll come back and see how my eyebrows go again.

My son was very nervous as he did not see any other men in the salon. The lady who attended to him made him feel comfortable and also listened to what we wanted from a tidy up and wax of his brows. Excellent result!

I walked into the salon and was greeted by elha she was so lovely and mad me feel very welcome. I had never had my lashes done before so she talked me through what each set was and helped me find the right style for me. Will definitely be going back there to get my lashes done.

Today I visited Brow bar at Chermside and had my lashes done by Karam, I always love visiting the Chermside store as lashes are always long lasting. Today Karam had me walking out of the Salon with the best set of lashes I have EVER had!!! Highly recommend her services! Will be back!

Karam is a brilliant friendly and helpful technician. Nikki is wonderful. You cannot let Nikki leave this salon. Very friendly, knows what the customers want. She’s a great team player. She’s approachable. She will always greet you with a smile.

I have been with this salon since it opened in 2016. Wouldn’t change it for anything. The girls are friendly and feel like family now! Amazing service, worth every cent!

Labb Salon is always a beautiful experience. The staff are so skilled and friendly, the lashes and brows are always perfect. I would never go anywhere else.
