First time having my eye package done by Maisie this morning. She was careful to check which colours I wanted for my brows and lashes, and I know that my client notes have the information saved, so that helped a lot. I am used to having my brows threaded (which Maisie doesn’t do at the moment) but she soon had them under control with waxing and tweezers. Very pleased and rebooked my next appointment before I left the salon. Thanks Maisie x

Iv been getting waxed for years but stopped going to my usual place as prices hiked up so much. First time visiting the beauty lounge and not dissappinted. Staff were lovley and friendly and made me feel at ease, wax didn't hurt either. Price was very reasonable. Think this will be my new regular salon

The BEST nail salon in the North East. David and his team give such a warm welcome to their clients it's like being with family. Sophie is the most fantastic nail technician. All the staff offer such professional service with the friendliest manner. It's an absolute pleasure to be one of their clients and I always look forward to each visit.
