Riana listens carefully to what you want and also talks you through realistic expectations. I've had 2 treatments with Riana and both have been attentive with amazing results. I recently had the polynucleotide treatment on my under eyes, there was minimal downtime with barely any discomfort. Within 2 treatments I have seen a great improvement to my skin around the eyes, fine lines and dark circles. Thank you

I had a Japanese Head massage today for the first time, it was really relaxing. Kelly was very professional and put me at ease from the get go. Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.
