I always feel I am stepping in to a sanctuary when I visit the Ilaethetics salon. Rebecca always takes time to listen to my exact needs and always exceeds my expectations. She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. I won't go anywhere else now. First class service every time.

Definitely coming back! I had a wonderful head massage and it was heaven! I never realised how much tension was in my head. I found it very interesting to see scalp under the microscope. Milda was lovely and explained the treatment very well, all of the lotions and balms smelt amazing, and have made my hair and face feel so soft and scalp refreshed. A lovely hour of bliss!

From the minute I arrived I was put at ease, I didn’t truly know where I wanted filler but was pointed in the right direction, I felt reassured I wasn’t doing something I didn’t actually need. Extremely clean and the whole process and products used were thoroughly explained.

The soft lighting, soothing music, minimalist decor instantly put me at ease, and Milda was so warm and attentive, ensuring everything was tailored to my needs. The scalp massage was absolutely heavenly, with expert techniques and luxurious, aromatic products that left my hair and scalp feeling deeply nourished. She worked her magic on my scalp with gentle yet effective pressure, relieving tension I didn’t even realize I had. The facial was incredibly soothing—Milda’s technique left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. What really stood out was how attentive and intuitive she was to my needs, adjusting the pressure just right. I had an amazing experience at the Japanese head spa! The deep detox facial massage was so relaxing, and the scalp treatment felt incredible. They used OWAY products, which smelled amazing and made my skin and scalp feel so refreshed. It was the perfect way to relax and feel renewed. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself! I definitely coming back ❤️

This was my third time having Botox with Bex and the results are always brilliant. Bex takes time to work out exactly what I want and more importantly what will look right and natural for my face and I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.
