An excellent semi permanent make-up service by Iryna! Very reasonably priced, real value for money. She’s a truly skillful professional - she did great lip blush and eyeliner for me, I’m so happy! I’ll have a touch-up session with her for sure xx. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional permanent makeup service in Warrington.
