Mel is a lovely young lady who makes you feel as if you've known each other for years. I am a new client here and she does my lashes. It's the best lash experience and i can actually see my lashes! I have been to another lash place previously for 2 years and i was wasting my money. Here you get results and are treated as a person not a number. It's a relaxing atmosphere and i look forward to each visit.

I'm very pleased with Salon Kaia. The atmosphere there is very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. My stylist was Jess and she was lovely- she listened to what I was trying to achieve and proposed some options from which we decided the way forward. The service starts with ritual which is very relaxing. I recommend visit at the salon and will be back there.
