Having had years of problems with my back I was a little anxious seeing a new therapist. Sheena put me at ease as soon as I arrived and gave me a very good massage treatment. I am looking forward to another in two weeks. Delighted I made the appointment.

Had another amazing full body massage with Chloe in her lovely new space. I went in feeling so tense and sore and left feeling light and completely relaxed. Loved the heated bamboo sticks too x

Didn’t feel rushed or as if I was being hurried out for the next appointment which was lovely. Sheila took the time to listen and worked out exactly what I needed, even when I didn’t realise it! I have been to sheena a few times now and she is amazing! I Have never felt comfortable going for any sort of massage but after a few sports injuries i had to see someone, after going through Google i found Sheena, she makes you feel at ease and super comfortable, explains everything she is doing and is just fab, highly recommend!

Sheena was recommended by a friend to help with muscle pains I had. After the first massage treatment my legs felt like my own again, after 3 the pain is almost gone entirely. She has since helped my son recover from back pain. I cannot recommend Sheena enough. She has made a huge difference to our wellbeing.
