Totally wonderful; not only was the treatment nice to have, it was explained to me how the treatment in itself works. Was given aftercare advice and what I can do to replicate lymphatic massage on myself at home. Highly recommend and will be returning!

Theo clearly communicated the different steps that the session would be comprised of; and sought confirmation and validation to make sure my comfort was taken into account. The unique combination of massage therapy and reiki was very much appreciated as it blended the multiple considerations of physical discomforts manifesting in the body. The physical space of the session was warm and welcoming. All in all, Theo is a dedicated, communicative, in-tune and thorough therapist and healer. I very much appreciated my treatment and came away feeling better and lighter. I highly recommend!
