I explain to Kelroy the issues I was suffering with. Kelroy advice me how to work on my issues. Also gave me a very good message and help with my blood flows around my arms and shoulders. I felt comfortable and at ease, definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Lynne was very friendly and inviting on arrival, so that was a comforting start. I had a bespoke massage which was brilliant as it targeted the spots that I didn’t know my body needed. I have walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and longing for my next visit. Thanks Lynne!

I was treated professionally, the massage was tailored to my needs and and they were very accommodating to fit me in. I would definitely return as their experience was evident and it was a fantastic massage.

Kelroy did a great job with the sports massage, I feel a lot more mobile and my shoulder pain has eased a lot more . He was very attentive to my pain areas and focused a lot on trying to resolve the underlying pain. Very knowledgeable with the underlying joint pains I was having and gave very useful advise too. Highly recommend.

Excellent massage, went for just head, shoulders and back, ended up getting full body. Been having pain and stiffness in shoulder come away being able to lift my arm with no pain. Will definitely return in future

What an amazing massage! I couldn’t be more grateful as I had knots on my back and problems with my right shoulder for many years, so professional and gave me great tips on how to strengthen my shoulder! Could not recommend him enough!!
