I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

The environment and the massage were really good, however it didn’t last 45 minutes and I paid for it. My appointment was at 6pm. I got in the room at 6pm and it finished at 6:40pm. So until I got ready, started and finished it was more like 38 minutes. That is not what I expected.

Excellent intense massage which helped with loosening the knots in my shoulders.

Extremely professional, had my first ever massage with Pawel, he did an amazing job of getting all the knots out of my back, if you’re working in an environment where you’re sat down all day, or just simply want to feel less tight, I would 100% recommend a deep tissue massage..

My husband had a wonderful back massage, soothing his aching shoulders and lower back and a relaxing facial. First class treatments as always from Jen.

My second deep tissue massage here, and once again, I’m very satisfied. The pressure was just right, and it really helped relieve the tension in my muscles. Highly recommended for anyone needing a thorough and effective treatment.

Lava shell massage is LITERALLY the best massage you can get. I struggle to just unwind but Jen is sensational, the vibe in the room was pure relaxation. I could not recommend this enough. And I had a resurface facial and my god my skin is glowy, and it feels clean for days after too.

It was remarkably good. She know what she is doing. I feel exactly what she told me the next day. Hopefully to go for few more massages till every tight muscle get back to normal.
