Josh delivered an excellent sports massage. We started with a brief but informative consultation about my health and focus areas. The deep tissue massage that followed was spot-on, addressing all my problem areas effectively. His technique was thorough and tailored to my needs. Josh is extremely professional and welcomin. I have been to a few physio therapists and chiropractors in the past but none have gone into as much depth with the massage to address my issue as Josh did. This was my first appointment with Josh, and I will definitely be booing again!

Booked for a full body massage. This includes a mini facial which I have never had before when booked at previous places. The mood is set to the individual (personally I don't enjoy white noise so I'm asked what I want on the radio). Ancella is open friendly inviting and very informative and passes on her knowledge of what she is doing as she moves around completing the massage. All in a very pleasurable experience

I had a lovely back massage, Jessica asked my preferred pressure and the area I felt needed more attention. Pressure was perfect and Jessica checked throughout to make sure it was OK. My facial was lovely, and my skin is glowing again! Couldn't be more happy with my treatments today. Definitely recommend for either a facial or massage.
