I’ve been seeing Sarah for almost a year now and have nothing but gratitude for every session. Between my physically taxing daily work, full time martial arts training and regular life constantly chipping away at my body, Sarah has been unmatched in being able to keep me moving, reducing pain and stress on the body and helping me stay on the go on a daily basis. Her knowledge is ever expanding and her kind and caring approach always helps when I fear I’ve done some serious damage. I couldnt recommend Sarah more highly and would encourage anyone needing an excellent massage therapist to book.
