Having had years of problems with my back I was a little anxious seeing a new therapist. Sheena put me at ease as soon as I arrived and gave me a very good massage treatment. I am looking forward to another in two weeks. Delighted I made the appointment.

Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

I have been to sheena a few times now and she is amazing! I Have never felt comfortable going for any sort of massage but after a few sports injuries i had to see someone, after going through Google i found Sheena, she makes you feel at ease and super comfortable, explains everything she is doing and is just fab, highly recommend!

This was my second time visiting Sheena, at almost 30weeks pregnant and she has made both my experiences so far outstanding! She has put me at so much ease with both of my treatments and always ensures I am in the most comfortable position when she is working. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had my 2nd treatment with Sheena - deep tissue massage. She is such a lovely girl and makes me feel very comfortable during my treatment and explains in detail what she hopes to achieve for me with my problem.

Sheena was recommended by a friend to help with muscle pains I had. After the first massage treatment my legs felt like my own again, after 3 the pain is almost gone entirely. She has since helped my son recover from back pain. I cannot recommend Sheena enough. She has made a huge difference to our wellbeing.

Excellent massage!

Sheena has magical hands! My hips and shoulders are now massaged back into place, and I feel so relaxed after the Craniosacral Therapy, allowing my body to continue to med itself!

A first visit and was not disappointed! The treatment room is very relaxing and Sheena was very welcoming, informative and the hour session was amazing. I had a much needed half hour back massage followed a half hour sacro cranial therapy session, which was completely new to me. I came away feeling very relaxed and look forward to a good sleep!

Great back massage

My wife has been going to Sheena to have her lower back massaged for some time. Sheena does a thorough job and makes the experience very relaxing.

Sheena has been working on my tight muscles over the last few weeks to help with a trapped nerve. Each massage I get seems to help hugely and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. I can’t praise her highly enough.
