Felt so relaxing and all by body ache is gone for now, feeling refreshed. My therapist gave a good massage on requested areas and it’s feels so refreshing .

Shirodhara therapy at Ayur Healthcare, was absolutely amazing. The treatment was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, with the soothing flow of warm oil helping to calm my mind and release tension. The practitioner Anu were highly skilled, professional, and created a peaceful, welcoming environment. I left feeling refreshed and balanced, with a sense of inner calm.

Hi Ayur, Minu was very good and so was the marma massage! I would've rated the experience Great, if I was wiped down after the treatment. The other Ayurveda massage place I attended wiped me down with hot wet towels which assured my clothes didn't get oil on them 😉 Something to consider!!
