Lucy was fantastic - she made me feel really welcome and explained everything in detail before the massage started. It was really relaxing - the hot stones and swedish mix was really good for my shoulder knots and after the session we talked about where my problem areas in my shoulders were. The whole salon has a really cosy and friendly atmosphere, more like a little girlie evening with friends! Definitely will come again :)

Very friendly staff in a well appointed clean salon on Hanham High Street. Lovely relaxing 1 hour massage with ambient music and aromatherapy tea lights. The masseuse covers your hair so as not to get oil in it and washes her hands before the head massage. She cleaned the oil off my feet at the end with hot flannels. Personally I need a more medical massage for a lower back problem but this certainly relieved aches and tension especially in the neck and shoulders.

Lisa was warm and friendly, puts you at ease straight away. The massage was perfect, a balance of relaxing and releasing so much tension! My nails also look amazing, in spite of a miscommunication, Lisa rectified it straight away with no hesitation. Will 100% be back.

I had the most relaxing and pleasant hot stone massage with Lucy. From start to finish, she was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Lucy took the time to explain the entire process to me, including what to expect and the aftercare steps. Her warm and welcoming personality made me feel completely at ease. Lucy's Fresha booking system is excellent always allowing, when available last minute bookings which are so useful to me when I don't know availability until the last minute. Lucy is accomodating and nothing is too much trouble. Her relaxing and hot stone massages are as good as they get, I have a lot and I have heard many similar comments from others. Run from a purpose designed room at the back of Tru's hair salon is it quiet yet gives a chance to chat to hair staff after. I could not rate her highly enough.

Lucy always provides the most relaxing of Swedish massage. She is the only person I trust with working around my knees due to previous injuries. In addition the work she does around my jaw is a release from tightness and pain caused by my grinding teeth. I always recommend her to others. She is never in a rush, accommodates customers with times and after is always great to chat and catch up with her and Trudy

Lucy always delivers a wonderfully relaxing massage but can adapt style, pressure and technique to meet your individual needs. The extended room provides for more space to work in. Lucy provides a quiet relaxing atmosphere and has a wonderfully friendly approach that all adds to the experience. Having a coffee after and chatting with Trudy after adds to this being a really me time experience.

Nice, clean & relaxing studio. Had a 60 minute full thai/deep tissue massage. Masseuse spent extra time a sore shoulder- could feel she was feeling & working the tendons as she went, like working out a puzzle. Felt immediately better when getting of the massage table at the end of the appointment. Looking forward to waking up in the morning & seeing how it all feels. Don't think this will be my last visit. Recommended 100%
