I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

My acupuncture and massage with Harriet was absolutely wonderful. Was my first time trying acupuncture and Harriet made me feel super at ease and was great at talking me through what she was doing. Super relaxing and her hands are magical, wished the massage could have lasted forever! Definitely recommend

A really good experience. I paid for the £50 package and got a great massage and a very positive experience. The therapist made me feel comfortable and talked through any questions and worries. She listened and focussed on all the right places. Went away feeling happy.

Brilliant experience. Kind and friendly staff providing a very efficient service. Daria was great with deep tissue massage. Was very knowledgeable and clued on about the body, nerves and muscles. Also applied plenty of strength into tissue to undo knots in muscles. Will deffo book again.

Aneta has been doing my nails for nearly a year now. She gives a lot of attention to detail & really cares about the health of your nails as well as the finished look. It is always such a relaxing and positive experience! My nails have never been longer & healthier!! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons around Stratford and have had terrifying experiences with the drill… & I now I only trust Aneta with my nails!

A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . Was very happy with the hijama treatment and a lovely lady Samina who did a great job and was very friendly. Would say it was a bit on the pricier side with £50 for a premium package that included massage on back and legs and 15 cups hence why it’s a 4 star- but overall it was pretty good and have rebooked

Just had my first ever massage with the lovely Steph! I was made to feel so welcome by the lovely lady on reception and then Steph went through how a massage works and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. The massage itself was so relaxing and just really lovely. I'll definitely be back! Thank you again!
