I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

I had the most wonderful treatment with Claudia! I booked the combined massage and reiki treatment. Wow!!! The massage was so relaxing. And the reiki that followed was incredible. I went to such a deep place of relaxation. And hours later, I’m still feeling the benefits. Claudia was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend booking this treatment. Thank you Kimberley for the wonderful back massage. As usual you worked your magic! This was the first time I experienced a back massage with warm bamboo sticks and it was amazing as the heat of the sticks really gets into the muscles. It felt really soothing at the same time. There is always a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at Natural Body Cafe and I always leave feeling like I have been given a big hug!

I’ve visited Kerry on numerous occasions and without a doubt she is the best. I chose the firm massage for muscle pain and stiffness.
