I had 2x recent excellent acupuncture sessions with Dr VJ. He is also skilled in osteopathy and wider traditional Chinese treatments, so I felt I got very well rounded treatment and care. He took time to properly diagnose my issues and even after the first session I felt a noticeable improvement. The staff at Maitri are all lovely and helpful too.

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! Abbi is so welcoming and my lash retention is honestly better than anywhere I’ve tried before. Definitely recommend

Jenny is one of the most beautiful and talented sports therapists I've been to. Very knowledgeable she is much more than just a masseuse. Her knowledge of biomechanics and the bodies function in movement really help paint the picture of what's going on with your injuries/niggles. If she can fix an immobile broken Royal like myself she can fix anyone.

Yulia is a very competent nail technician, the salon is in pristine clean conditions, her technique is very professional and the hygiene is top notch! I loved the tranquil space and my new clean manicure thank you Yulia for your service!!! 100% will recommend!!!

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

I can not recommend this place enough, the staff are amazing so helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxed and calm, I honestly want to work there. I’ve had 7 sessions of acupuncture and I honestly feel like a different person. I’ve gone from being stuck in bed most of the time, in so much pain and little quality of life. I’m now back at work my pain is virtually gone and I honestly feel amazing. VJ is phenomenal not only is he amazing at what he does he is such a lovely man he’s very knowledgeable he explains everything he does and why.
