I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! It was my first acupuncture and everything was explained to me, it included a detailed assessment. It was a relaxing set up and there was regular check ins to make sure I was OK. It was a positive & relaxing experience.

Brilliant deep massage and acupuncture

Cant speak highly enough of the service and conversations with Liam both about the knowledge of the affected area for the massage and acupuncture and then the personal conversations in between talking about what is being done to improve the effected area. I look forward to every session and cant wait for the next one!
