This is not a typical treatment I would normally go for because I didn’t appreciate what it could do for me. However having now experienced i have to say how lifted I feel body and soul! I genuinely feel this massage has sculpted around my lower back and hips. Something I welcome! It had a cooling effect which meant that the second part of the treatment which involved the body wrap and sauna blanket was just the right temperature for my menopausal body. The detox algae has left my skin feeling so soft. Overall I feel more toned, relaxed and my general well-being lifted!! Thank you Holly!

I received a Micro- Electric acupuncture massage from Holly. She listened to me explain where my pains were and how they came about she then targeted those areas.
