I had a deep tissue massage on my back, neck and shoulders. It was something I really needed to reduce tension and stress in my muscles. It was very thorough and effective. A very professional service and I highly recommend Jodie and Relax and Revive Therapies.

I can bring whatever I need to bring to Shirl’s table & know I will be treated with kindness & respect. Kirsten's treatment was magical, I feel totally renewed. I loved every moment of the massage, I felt secure, safe and totally relaxed. I love the attention to detail that Kirsten provides, the heated pads, the rose/ geranium blend she used on me, the sage she finished with. Blessed out now but looking forward to the next time. Honestly the best facial I have ever had (and I have had a LOT of facials). Excellent pressure, very relaxing and skin glowed for days after. Highly recommended!!!
