I’ve booked my 6 sessions with Hera and she’s actually amazing, the girls that work there are so good aswell. Everyone’s lovely. Been for one laser session and my hair has barely grown back. Even had mine and my husbands hydro facial and wow my skin has never felt better

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Wow! I’ve literally floated home from having an amazing gua sha facial. Alaine explained everything she would be using and ensured I was very relaxed. I especially loved the neck and shoulder massage and the jade combs. Her studio is stunning and is definitely set up to create a very welcoming and relaxing environment. It was a dark wet night which really added to the cosy feeling for me. I can’t recommend Alaine enough and will be booking again. Thank you Alaine x

I had the deluxe facial which was amazing and so unbelievably relaxing. So much so I nodded off a few times. I also had the deluxe natural nails as I don't really wear nail polish often but wanted them tidied up. They look so much better now. Thank you

It was good I love the machines really nice feeling but my skin colour didn't change I thought it will be bright but was ok but I loved getting massage and facial done.

I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Vicki was very attentive and checked in with me on a few occasions to make sure I was warm/cool/comfortable. She was very professional and friendly and I prefer to not go to a salon so it was perfect for me. Vicki explained everything to me beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening. The facial was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I felt her prices were really good too. I will definitely use Vicki again and I can highly recommend her. Lauren has been doing my eyebrows regularly for a couple of years and always does a great job. This was the first time I had had a facial with her and it was just divine! Such a relaxing experience and my skin still feels amazing days later, I’ll definitely be having another one!

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️
