I really enjoyed my facial treatment. The atmosphere was soothing. Romi was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products she was using. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and tailored it to my skin's needs. Overall, I highly recommend trying a facial treatment. I always leave Elixir feeling like a warm blanket has been wrapped around me on a cold winters day. It is a huge treat every couple of months, but the care and treatment is always first class. Claire is an excellent practitioner. I had a 50/50 reflexology and facial/shoulders. Its a bit of top up to support my body and mind. My skin felt amazing and I floated out of The Heist. Thank you.
