The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

I had the best experience! This was my first time trying out the viral head spa and it did not disappoint. It was so relaxing and the head massage was fantastic! I highly recommend doing this together with a facial or body massage :)

Oh my, where to start. Firstly, the aesthetic of the clinic is unmatched. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s healing, comfortable and super calming. My treatments were so lovely too, the main event! I had a facial and massage then tried the infrared sauna. I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you ladies! It was lovely to meet you all x

The experience was extremely relaxing and I can see my face glowing already. I got the 10 step oxygen facial. The service was excellent! They had me fill up a form that had details about my skin and my concerns. Phoebe explained the treatment in detail before going in for it. In terms of the facial massage at the end, it felt rather short. Except for that everything was thorough.

Sunny is amazing! She has been doing my injectables and facials for a while now and my skin has never looked better. She is not only very knowledgeable and experienced but also very honest. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t trust going anywhere else.

I had not had a facial in years but the whole process from the discussion about my concerns to the treatments were all oustanding. Already booked for next session.

Don't be fooled by the location, the level of detail and care put into the salon, the therapists themselves and you, is just amazing! I've had teeth whitening and facials. Absolutely a game changer. Thanks to Edin my skin is back on track. I had an emergency the day before the wedding (my fault too), and he was able to calm and soothe my skin down in time! He even stayed back after hours to help me because it was an emergency. Thank you team for the care & attention you put into every detail. I always feel valued and special and I love the results that I get. Much love! I highly recommend!!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of the new Alphington clinic. Massage and facial was super relaxing and I ended off with a 30 min sauna. Loved every second of it! These ladies know what they’re doing!
