I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Fantastic treatment! I had one of the Christmas specials: full body hot stone massage, express facial, foot massage with heated boots and a salted caramel hot chocolate topped with cream to enjoy while the heated boots did their thing. Very relaxing massage and treatment, my therapist was brilliant. 10/10 I will be back soon!

I started visiting Bori at JustSkin about a year ago as I struggled with adult acne. We did the Acne Slayer plan & my acne has completely cleared up which has given me so much more confidence daily! I'm now on maintenance visiting every few months for a Hydrafacial. I honestly can't thank Bori enough for helping me along my journey to get rid of my acne & always giving the best advice for home care/ products to use. What an incredible experience! Hayley was extremely welcoming and pleasant throughout the whole treatments. Checking to see if I was okay with the pressure and talking me through what would be best suited for my back for next time. The facial was on another level on relaxation. The holistic approach was everything and more and I have never had a facial like this before. To be completely zoned out and at peace with the use of beautiful products. Definitely recommend! I’ve had a few different treatments done by both Khianna and her mum. They are amazing at what they do and make you feel welcome. I had the an amazing facial today at Freeda Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming, and the aesthetics are really nice. The staff were lovely, and I can’t thank Michele enough. She made me feel completely at ease, and the facial itself was incredible. Michele’s expertise and advice is next level! I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend Freeda Clinic to anyone looking for a little self-care :)

I have been having a course of microdermabrasion facials and the treatment room is very nice and clean and the facial is great. I went for the added neck and shoulder massage and also the add on eye mask and ice gloves. Both very pampering and relaxing. A very comfortable and relaxing space and very professional staff. Always so lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend. They also offer various other treatments which I'm excited to try after I've completed my course of microdermabrasion facials 😁
