This was my first visit and I was booked in for a winter warmer package which included a hot stone massage, foot mask with warming booties, foot massage, a facial and head massage. These were the most wonderful treatments. I was made to feel extremely relaxed and pampered from the moment I entered this lovely treatment room. I will be returning soon!!

I had a brilliant facial by Rebecca this morning. It was incredibly relaxing. The neck and shoulder massage that was part of it was amazing and Rebecca applied the perfect amount of pressure. My skin is glowing now and is so smooth. I will definitely be back for another facial soon!

As well as being an incredibly warm and lovely person, Sarah is exceptional at what she does. Amazing massages, facials and other treatments. I've been a customer during pregnancy, normal times, and at very stressful points in my life. Whatever the situation, this service has always been amazing and always helps me feel more relaxed. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing my time was at the coven, from the second I walked in Misha was so welcoming & kind, I booked in my nails as extra to my facial which was no problem at all for her, she squeezed them in & they look sooo cute i am in love with them, then I had my facial & it was the best one ive ever had! From the quality of products on the skin to how amazingly they were massaged in, it was insane! If you were thinking of booking definitely do it my skin feels gorgeous & I was so well looked after, easy 1000/10, can't wait until my next one!! Love Heather
