I had such a lovely afternoon at Natural Balance. I was looked after by Gosia and had the most amazing Swedish massive and acupuncture facial! I came away so relaxed and that’s what I needed! Highly recommend :) can’t wait to book again!

This was my first ever facial and it was amazing! The treatment was so relaxing, I loved the face and neck massage, and my skin has felt incredible since. Indie was so lovely, and gave me some really supportive advice and aftercare for looking after my skin too.

Naomi was brilliant as always. Took the time at the start to work through current state of my skin and any changes before suggesting a few things. I absolutely trust Naomi 100% and the experience is so relaxing. If you have any element of facial massage included, you’re in for a treat! A good combination of treatments were used and I left with my skin looking considerably calmer and happier.

My pedicure and manicure and facial and full body massage was amazing.I always come to this salon because Lola knows how I like each treatment and I love how Lola will do look and have a touch of the treatment area before she starts so you know what she is going to be doing and see will wear gloves for every treatment because I love it because I don’t really like people touching me with their bare hands so knowing that she will always wear gloves is a comfort for me, I don’t know why I just like the feel of disposable gloves I just think that when the beauty therapist wears gloves i am relaxed

I had a facial at Natural Balance with Marion, which was excellent. Marion was very knowledgeable regarding my skin issues and made helpful suggestions. The facial and head, neck and shoulder massage was really relaxing. Marion was very friendly, with a nice mix of conversation but quiet time to enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again!

I highly recommend treatments with Gloria Yane! I had the facial and massage package and added on the Indian head massage totalling to 2 hours and 45 minutes of absolute bliss! I’d never had a facial before and Gloria explained it to me and done a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease with my treatments, the massage was absolutely amazing and what I liked most of all was how she explained her findings after my massage, telling me my areas that needed more focused attention and explaining why.. I had a truly amazing experience and the decrease in my pain levels after was amazing!

I had the most amazing experience at CloudFacial. I’d never had a microdermabrasion facial before so didn’t know what to expect but I wasn’t disappointed. My therapist was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing facial with Zoe! She is professional and sweet natured, explained me everything before, during and after the treatment. The treatment room is so beautiful too, cosy, modern and welcoming. Her hands are very soft and she has the perfect pressure. My skin feels plump and glowy. It was my first facial with her but I will definitely be back. 5 stars! Thank you!

Went to Rest for the 45 min Lux facial with Danat - most relaxing 45 mins, included cleansing, exfoliation, moisturising and massaging, and Danat was so friendly. Glad I tried it out and will definitely be going back! Would recommend!

Gosia was absolutely fantastic! Really paid attention to where my problem areas were and got the knots and tension out. She was also super informative throughout and made me feel super comfortable. Ended with a facial which has given my skin such a lovely healthy glow. It was the perfect balance of deep tissue and relaxation that I needed! Thank you again :)
