I visit Park West regularly but today was my first time trying out the Oak Lodge Retreat with a massage and facial too. We had a great time, the facilities covered everything we'd need and were absolutely immaculate. Perfect for a chill day. Staff were very accommodating as always too.

Tried Lymphatic Drainage massage , it was very different from my usual massages but it was very relaxing . I also really enjoyed my customised facial , noticed the results more or less instantly . I’m sure I will see and feel more benefits in the next few days . Anyone who’s reading this review should definitely go and pay a visit all the girls I’ve had treatments from are very welcoming & professional at what they do .

Amazing facial! Best I’ve had so far. Very knowledgeable, each step explained and the benefits of each step. I’m a tired mum who has little time for skin care and omg my skin after my facial, has stripped the neglect and sleepless nights right off of my face! Cannot wait to go back! Thank you again.

Sharon was great, had a head shoulder and back massage and a facial. Disappointed that my appointment was 11am and didn't get started until 11.25 but was worth the wait. Will go back again.

Had a steam facial with Susan today it was amazing. The products she used smelled amazing and the technique she used was so relaxing I fell asleep a few times. My skin looked and felt amazing after it. Would definitely recommend this treatment and will be doing it again soon x
