I had a facial at Natural Balance with Marion, which was excellent. Marion was very knowledgeable regarding my skin issues and made helpful suggestions. The facial and head, neck and shoulder massage was really relaxing. Marion was very friendly, with a nice mix of conversation but quiet time to enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again!

Marion is an absolute master of the mens facial. I’ve not had a facial, shoulder and head massage that good in a long while(probably ever). Looking forward to my next treatment already.

I had a lovely treatment from Sarah. She was warm, efficient and seemed very experienced. I would highly recommend her! The only event which was a bit disruptive was a fire alarm going off (twice) to which Sarah responded quickly and without hesitation. Overall, I rate my experience highly and will be back!

My first facial in over 20 years, first facial at Natural Balance and it was amazing! Lorena was brilliant, very thorough, explained everything clearly and my skin felt awesome. Will definitely be back!

Gosia was absolutely fantastic! Really paid attention to where my problem areas were and got the knots and tension out. She was also super informative throughout and made me feel super comfortable. Ended with a facial which has given my skin such a lovely healthy glow. It was the perfect balance of deep tissue and relaxation that I needed! Thank you again :)

Lovely relaxing facial

I had the combined facial and deep tissue massage. My skin was quite neglected, felt winter dingy and rough. After the facial my skin was incredibly soft and clean, the pores all unblocked! Deep tissue massage relieved my aching muscles. Lorena always does a good job. Thank you!
