From the moment I walked through the doors I felt lit up & elated. I was welcomed with such warmth & welcoming loving kindness. I connected with the beautiful spiritual souls in this space, even other clients!! I have been desiring some quality me time & self care but had yet to find the place which made me feel at ease & nurtured. This experience was soul fulfilling 😌. I was really able to relax & enjoy myself fully. Karen has a beautiful calming voice & touch. Loved my buccal facial & Brazilian Lymphatic massage. My glow radiated from within! Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

Marwa did a really good job!! I did my first reiki session and for the first time for awhile I felt like cleaning my house and more motivated to purge things (clutter and stagnant relationships) out of my life. The facial was a big plus it was nice to be pampered. Really recommend doing the reiki facial ☺️🙏

Such an amazing space, and the staff are so welcoming! The hot and cold therapy room is the perfect layout for someone looking for some personal time. The water temperature was perfect, and I love the built in blue tooth speakers in the sauna!

For seven months now, my facial care has been in the hands of Marwa. Her facials are spectacular and her products are the same. Once a month I see her and follow all her advice and there is no doubt that my skin looks very healthy. Marwa is very dedicated to her clients, a very respectful person.

I had such a relaxing and purifying experience at Ritual. It was a perfect self-care morning; sauna with red light therapy and a brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I left feeling and looking so much lighter and happier overall. A tired new mom with a 4-month old, this was exactly what I needed to kickstart my postpartum healing and feeling better about myself and my body! Thank you Yasmin for the perfect treatment and Bruna for the best hospitality and care! I will be back soon for a facial & eyebrow tint!

I have been seeing Shauni since the Toronto location opened. She’s absolutely the best! So knowledgeable, kind, and always wanting the best for her clients and their skin! Could not recommend Shauni and Starlight Med Spa more! In a matter of 6 months, Shauni has already transformed my skin, helped me with my routine and products I should use for my skin type. 1000000/10 recommend!

Returning to Reach Medspa was a no-brainer after my last experience. I even got some compliments to my nails so I came back and I played with chrome this time. But also I decided to explore their facials. I opted with the SuperNova Infusion Facial and the experience was amazing – my skin feels lifted and has this new glow.The staff, as always, made everything easy to understand and provide me with the most comfort. Can't wait for my next visit!

I had a great first experience with Noor at Dolphin Beauty Bar. It's tough to have to shop around for a new (to me) aesthetician & to have to build that trust with a new person but Noor's warmth had me at ease immediately. She's got a great sense of humour while maintaining professionalism. The space was clean and cozy. Coming from being a Fuzz Wax Bar customer, it feels way better to support a woman of colour and her small business. Highly, highly, highly recommend Noor for all your waxing needs!

I really enjoyed my treatment today. We started with a beautiful manicure and then an amazing facial. My skin feels like butter and is glowing. Jenn gave me the treatment customized to my concern. I love that she is so knowledgeable and she explains the importance of each product she applies to my skin. Thank you Jenn I can’t wait to see you again soon.

I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
